Does it deliver?
The private beach is a great perk and the all-inclusive dining is outstanding so good we never wanted to eat out. Perfect for a long, relaxing stay.
The hotel is spread out with steep stairs making access challenging especially for those who may struggle with physical mobility.

great location but steep access
The room we had was spacious and comfortable, providing a nice place to unwind after a long day. I appreciated the beautiful garden view, which added a serene atmosphere to our stay. The pool area was extensive and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing under the sun.
However, the access to the beach involved many steps which can be challenging.

The buffet breakfast and dinner WOW! ! We didn't
want to eat anywhere else. The food was the best we had in Italy! I appreciated the close proximity to a lovely beach, but keep in mind that access involves a steep climb, which could challenge less mobile guests.

Beautiful beach location with stunning views.
The shower doors did not close properly, causing the floor to flood, and there was a lack of maintenance in general. Additionally, I found the breakfast options quite unappetizing, and the coffee served was subpar, lacking freshness. On top of that, the staff's attitude at breakfast was unwelcoming and added to a disappointing start to the day.

Our stay was very enjoyable, especially the beautiful pool that provided a perfect place to unwind after exploring. We were super close to Palmasera Beach, which made it easy to hit the sand and soak up some sun. The breakfast was decent, offering a mix of continental options, even if some items were a bit cold. It's also worth noting that getting to local attractions like Grotta del Bue Marino is quite straightforward, just a short drive away.

The beach access was beautiful but had about 50 steep steps, making it challenging to get to. Room cleanliness was great, and I appreciated the daily service. The variety at breakfast offered international and Italian options, though some items ran out quickly, especially by the end of breakfast hours. The pool area was massive and well-kept, perfect for unwinding after a day of activities. Staff at the pool were attentive, ensuring a safe environment with lifeguards on duty. However, the check-in process felt rushed, with a strict 4 PM check-in time. I also found the coffee served during breakfast to be quite disappointing, which stood out given Italy's famed coffee culture. Overall, a mix of amazing location and amenities, paired with some operational hiccups.

Had a great time with friends! The pool area was nice, and we enjoyed the entertainment program with various activities. The Hero Camp was a fun spot for younger kids, and it was great to find fresh baby food options. The beautiful beach with pink sand made our experience even better. Highly recommend!
